9 of 10 found this helpful My husband and I are 75. Both are loosing weight and enjoying it. I have been a vegetarian for 48 years but not vegan. Have learned so much about the "whys" of omitting processed foods and dairy. We are definitely label readers now and can't believe how much "bad" ingredients are added to everything in a box, can, or package. I have ordered a dozen of these books to give away. I want to live my remaining years as healthy as I can. This book has changed our lives!
