One of those films you will watch again - and again
1 of 1 found this helpful Atonement is everything is says on the tin; clever, stylish, atmospheric and above all, well made. A classy cast create a genuinely clever story which moves at a good pace. The period detail is remarkable and if you can get over thinking how painfully thin Keira Knightley is, you will be mesmerised by her performance. I'd say buy rather than rent as there is so much to enjoy you will want to watch all over again.
