Great on old carpets ,poor on new
Excellent little hoover ,makes a great job of used carpets ,only downside can't be used on new carpets as fills bag too quick

Great product when I get used to it
Woks well for what I needed not used it much so can't give full review yet also live in a dodgy signal area thats why setting up was iffy but ink system is excellent
