Colours

I clearly got what i ordered, 12 pencils, but the colours on the outside (lid and pencil) do not resemble what the actual colour of the pencil is. All the colours are WAY to light and bright. For example, the darkest colour in the pack, Brown, was actually a red which is off putting.

So i opened the first one and as i was taking the first part off, it just cracked so quickly i didn’t even bend it. I got the second one out and this time i put it on the table so it doesn’t bend at all and it look fine. as i was putting it on the phone, i see 3 hairline cracks appear from nowhere and so i binned that one too. I’m not saying i’m great at applying screen protectors but this is ridiculous and has never happened to me in the past; for example: i recently upgraded 4 phones in my family and so bought several screen protectors for all of them and the other applied near to perfect and still have one spare but this one, i barely did anything and broke under my sight. moral of the story: quality is VERY poor and i am very disappointed!!!! (i did not take any pictures but however will be buying this product again as it’s the first post the comes up and will record my application process to see if this happens again)
