Wonderful, but...

...I'm happy with this wonderful device - no more worries about the danger of fire from an overheating deep-fat frier. I was considering buying another for an elderly friend and former neighbour, however this is where the "but..." comes into play: the manual controls are a bit stiff. I suggest that you offer a similarly sized product with the option of digital touch-controls. All that said, I'm really enjoying healthier cooking - especially chips!
