A lovely healthy coffee alternative.
1 of 1 found this helpful I highly recommend Panax Ginseng tea as a replacement for coffee. It's not quit as powerful of a energy boost but it does the trick. It's a stimulant without all the negatives that caffeine brings. Korean Red Ginseng is also a good for women's health or transwomen's health. It activates estrogen receptors specifically the ERa receptor protein. So if a woman is menopausal she can take a phytoestrogen and drink panax ginseng to amplify the receptor sensitivity. Also, the reishi mushroom aspect is a great mental booster and anti-androgen. After drinking this tea for a bit my skin started looking more youthful and my focus went up.
Highly recommended!
