Children's book by a Middle East author
I purchased this book as a required read for a Children's Literature class. I really enjoyed this book, and since I don't have any young children, will be donating it to my library when the course is finished. It was very easy to imagine the scenery, smells, and favorite places described in this story. It is a good way to have children introduced to another cultures ideas, values, and behavior.

This was a really good read.
I read the book, The Forgotten Garden in a book club, and really loved it. It alluded to The Secret Garden, so I wanted to read this book too. I didn't realize it tended to be more of a book for young readers, but I really enjoyed it as well. I recommend it for anyone.

The White Queen - great film
1 of 1 found this helpful Good price. I believe this is the show that really helped Rebecca Ferguson become a big star. All the actors in this DVD series are wonderful. And it is a pretty decent accounting of European history as well.
