Great Video iPod

I do think that I hear a slight difference in sound quality between this generation of hard drive iPod and a new iPhone 6s plus. With the iPod being the better sounding of the two. It could be the power of suggestion though. These were supposed to be the best sounding of the iPods. The real reason I wanted it was that it was one of the few that had video output via the 3.5mm 4 pole jack. I am using these iPods in a car to drive monitors for the kids' video in the back seat. It's much less cumbersome than DVD's in the car, and Mom can have control. Modern iPods and iPhones can't do this. Apple configures their 4 pole A/V 3.5mm jack differently from others, so you need the now unavailable Apple cable, or cut and splice a new, readily available cable to the right configuration. I doubt that anyone much cares about that information, but I thought I'd throw it out there.
