A very helpful gadget
I have used resistance bands at a falls prevention class and recommended them to my husband who has a spinal condition. He can sit and do stretching exercises whilst watching tv. You don't have to be an athlete to benefit from stretching exercises. You can build up strength gradually.

Ideal travel companion
This bag has been used three times now and is perfect for taking on the plane as your second bag. It is strong but not heavy, has a shoulder strap and a grip which does up with velcro. It holds a lot and I have found it invaluable. I thoroughly recommend it, in fact I have done to several people.

I have used this product for over 40 ye...
I have used this product for over 40 years and love it apart from the fact that No 7 should do something about how messy it can be. You get stained fingers when you sharpen it and even with the top on it transfers colour to items in your make up bag. Perhaps trying a different colour would help?
