  Great Ebayer brilliant to do business with them , transaction was so quick and easy, after purchase the follow up communication was great email at every stage telling me what was going on , as for speed I ordered and received my cam belt kit in less than 20 hours what a team this company and FedX the delivery agents and the cost of the kit was way under any other supplier at the moment, and being a Gates cambelt kit I know I have top quality components to last another 60k miles.   Springs were new and as described and fitted perfectly. Cost was reasonable. Boxes were a bit battered but I’d put that down to the courier, and it didn’t affect the parts at all. The courier was FedEx and the springs arrived a day late. Seems to be the norm for FedEx - always a day late and you spend the first day waiting in as their tracking says your parcel will arrive that day, then they keep putting the time back and back. Not the sellers fault.

  To be honest my order was for a pair but only one arrived. Rang supplier and spoke to Grace who dealt with my query immediately. Second one had been lost and no more available. These things happen and when you have somebody keeping you in the loop it helps. Refunded and apologetic about situation. That's five stars alone. Thank you Grace your a credit to your employer.
