Tayna let down yet again - by their delivery couriers - this time DX, who didn't show up on 2 seperate notified days, waiting in all day, both days, with no explanation or tracking update from DX. This happened before with another battery from Tayna, this time the couriers were Yodel - who lost the parcel, no tracking updates or explanations from them, either.     Tanya batteries are an excellent firm to deal with great communication. Description was faultless. Unfortunately the courier firm that they use were unable to find my address so the battery wasn't actually delivered. Tanya refunded my money with no hassle.
