worth the price
I find this unit to be very accurate. Listening to my local radio station weather report and then looking at the Accurate weather station the results are identical.

You need this device
I'm in the process of either putting in a solar or wind system at my home. I was able to get exact wattage usage of appliances and other necessities. I switched all bulbs over to LED bulbs and saved 85% right there. I was surprised how little a furnace and a refrigerator really use. I realized air conditioners and toasters are killers. This is a necessary tool.
