OK chair but could easily have been better
I bought this knowing it was a budget chair and in most areas it's OK. The foam is firm but I like that, height is much better than my previous chair, it moves easily, reclining function is OK although the handle is a little loose and you can knock it in accidentally.
Lumbar support is a nice idea but doesn't really do much for me in any position, may be better for others. Ditto the headrest, even in the highest position it does nothing unless i'm fully reclined as if trying to sleep! Could do with a tilt forward option.
The big fail though is the central pole, the seat of the chair rocks side to side and front to back almost as if the pole is too small for the mount hole. It's not much and I can normally ignore it but it's just irritating.
Conclusion, it's not worth sending back, it will probably do the job for a year or so but next time I buy a better brand.
