    Hi the item arrived all packaged and the postage cost were reasonable however it wasn’t exactly as described because, the seller listed it as 9 carat gold but it was actually silver. This was clearly marked on the hallmarks so there was no reason for it to have been sold as gold. And looking at it you could easily see that it was silver and not gold. This is why I’m leaving neutral feedback otherwise it would’ve just been positive feedback but the error was so blatantly obvious.
