Waste of money
As a person with joint issues and one who is very physically active, I look for non-prescription sources of relief from joint pain and related problems. For me, Osteo Bi-Flex is not one. Body chemistries differ, so perhaps someone else might benefit. I sensed absolutely "0" relief or benefit. I read some scientific and medical articles online that indicate products of this sort do virtually nothing to help joint problems. You may want to do your own research. For me it was a waste of money.

Don't waste your money. This "tool" is a joke ... or, at best, a toy.
The motor is not strong enough to do anything. Even slight pressure against a fingernail causes it to stop or causes the tool to stop, and the motor spins, not doing anything. There is NO means to tighten the tools in the opening that holds them. I know it was inexpensive, but it carries the "TRIM" brand name. I've always used TRIM nail care products and found them to be quite satisfactory. I prefer their manual clippers and such over other brands. However, this product -- EasyHold Cordless Manicure System -- is unsatisfactory to say the lease. After 20 minutes, I gave up. I accomplished more in 7 minutes with a cheap emery board that with the TRIM "manicure system." And, that's the truth.
