Good part and easy install. Use the video on YOUTUBE if you are car ignorant!
It is amazing how a product that cost 8 cents to produce can be sold for more than 20 plus dollars. This product is good, it replaced the original and fit in easily, i was done in less than two minutes for part that should have been recalled by FORD. This can be disabling to a vehicle owner if you are not even the slightest bit auto-mechanic, you would have to have your car towed in and by the time the dealer replaced it thinking you had a major transmission issue this little rubber bushing was all that was wrong. The part is good, the quality is good it is just expensive for something that is manufactured for 8 cents. IT saved me a money, but i am car smart and a mechanic, if it had been my wife she would have been taken for a few hundred dollars on this. I recommend to order this part and keep one in your car, it will eventually fail on you, it did for me at 53K miles on my 2015 Ford Transit Connect, a great vehicle but a part like this should have been a recall item.
