Definitely gentle
Gentle yet helps shrink my pores! Wish it was a little bit stronger.

Works just like it says!
4 of 4 found this helpful The more water I drank the looser the stools so I cut back to 2 caps 2x day & that worked better for me physically. I could still go to work & run errands. Will continue using every 2 months or as I feel the need.

Better than expected!
This was a girls answer to prayer! SO easy to assemble! Love it!
