Perfectly lined eyes!
I've been buying this eyeliner for years from the stores but for one pencil it can be $6. I, now order them from eBay to maximize my deals. These pencils line your eyes perfectly without tugging on your skin. I don't have issues with smearing and it lasts all day. My dental hygienist even asked me what I used on my eyes. I told her what to get and how to get it.
