Very strong PVA.

It's a heavy gloopy pva and stays where you put. It does'nt run out of place , and waterproof when set unlike other Eva's that soften if in contact with water.

Easy to use ,cooks well.

Once I understood the settings it was easy to use and cooks well. Todate I have not over or undercooked anything with it (yet , but give me time ). I am 75 yo and tech is not my strong point so if I can cook with it anyone can. Very good buy.
