Decent Holster
This is a decent holster. Not a great one, not a poor one. It's built of thick, sturdy leather, it's stitched well, and it's well fitted (although not molded) to the Colt Navy and its Italian reproductions. It can be moisture-molded (use Saran to protect the pistol) to match the gun much more closely, if desired.
These holsters have only one real issue; the flap catch is exceptionally tight and difficult to open. It's much easier to close than to open. It can be improved by carefully trimming the top of the flap's "keyhole" with an XActo knife or single-edged razor blade, but that trimming should be done very carefully because if it's overdone, the flap will never stay closed again.

Could be better, but could be much worse.
1 of 1 found this helpful It functions as expected, but it's rather quiet. Fortunately, I happen to be resourceful enough to add a small amplifier with a volume control so as to make it louder.
Note that it will only, and always, announce exactly what is in the Caller ID identification field, it won't add anything. For example, you can't teach it to say "Superior Mother" or "BirthGiver" when your mom calls.
The Call Blocking functionality is handy for cases wherein some individual is pestering you relentlessly. Or... it WOULD be handy of some Karen was pestering me, but that is no longer the case.

Good tubing.
At first I had a hard time believing that this tubing was the correct size - it looked awfully small, almost like monofilament flycasting line. I've tested it, though, with some 24AWG tinned bare wire, and the wire fed easily & smoothly into it. This is an excellent way to insulate wire for breadboarding prototype electronic devices, since PTFE withstands soldering temperature (for short periods) without melting & shrinking back, exposing the wire; you can precut the tubing to accurate length and make very neat, tight connections across the back of a prototype board. I'd recommend it to anyone interested in prototyping electronic circuits.
