Pasta roller perfection
I have used the pasta roller and the fettuccine roller/cutter of this Kitchenaid product. It works as expected, and has made pasta making a fun recipe for a great meal. I’m very happy with this purchase. I plan to try the spaghetti roller/cutter later this week. These are hefty steel mechanisms, and very well made. I plan to store them in the original box so they don’t get scratched. This is why I did not rate them as compact.
