Quite difficult routine and not well instructed I don't think, core work out good but strong holds suitable for people already in a good healthy condition in my opinion. I prefer the Natalie Cassidy "now and then" work out it is more fun and a smoother routine which is easier to follow.

A great work out, I love it
I am really enjoying this work out, once you learn the moves it is real fun. I found there are enough low intensive moves between the high intensive to make it easier to keep going.
I know I will shed pounds and tone up doing this and the food plan is very helpful.
It made me ache after the first few goes and now its fine, Natalie is reassuring and the trainer is motivating. Go for it........
