  First class customer service. Royal Mail parcel sent to the wrong depot, also arrived damage, believed to be damaged in post, it was the last unit and no reasonably priced replacement available, customer resolved issue at his cost, which he didn't have to do, due to my circumstances / issues and delays at my end. I managed to repair the item after getting a replacement component from the manufacturer. All good in the end but very stressful and slow to resolve. Thanks.
