  Item never received. Seller never refunded payment. I had to file a claim via PayPal to start the refund process. Seller responded to my inquiries at first and then stopped. First, I was told the item was damaged in inventory and I needed to cancel, which I did. Then I was told their eBay account was suspended so they couldn’t process. Then I was told the account was set to vacation mode so the order shouldn’t have been taken. So many excuses. Just refund the payment.
