Great little pump. Little fiddly to put together due to pigeon English in instructions and terrible quality photos but once you've got it going, it's a ok. The big, silver button is a manual pump and when they say "push it", they mean both hands hard down and get some action going because you have to draw the tank water in and out and only then do you switch the pump on. The spray bar pressure is perfect for my 200 litre tank, nothing crazy, no flying fish (which I have seen before) just perfect rate of flow. The green attachments and tubes that go inside the tank are barely visible which is handy since the whole pump is out of the way.
All in all, I am very satisfied with this pump and I would definitely recommend it.

Phentra50 works well
Great product. I've used it before and will use it again. It curbs your appetite without suppressing it too much. I only take one tablet first thing in the morning with a glass of water and have a piece of fruit and this keeps me going until lunchtime. Very healthy way of losing a bit of weight.

Awful
I was gone 2 weeks and luckily my fish ate the plants otherwise they would have starved. This feed is so bad, it got mouldy and gloopy and clearly stopped working all together.
Do not buy it!!!
