Long shelf life
Known brand. The batteries have a long shelf life remaining and are well packaged.

An excellent solid peice of kit.
Solid and heavy piece which sits firmly in the holder and does not move around the banch when sharpening.
Completely flat and produces a very good sharp edge.
The bigger size makes it ideal for sharpening planes as well as chisels.
The double sided different coarseness of grit is just right for starting and finishing tools.
Excellent product.

I should have bought it earlier
Assembly can be a bit of a trial but it's worth the effort.
Nice clean cuts and the sliding table makes a really useful and helpful addition to a great saw.
I only have a small space in my garage so the fact that it folds is also a bonus.
The mains lead is quite short and so it's not really useable without an extension cable.
Overall a worthwhile purchase that will be really handy.
