Appearance deceptive

The Charge 2 HR looks great but is not easy to get to grips with. I find it stops tracking exercise/runs as it switches off. The button is just in the wrong place and if you are doing certain movements it stops the tracker from working. The other day I did a 7 mile run and it showed my steps but only said I did 1.38 miles so I had to manually input the info.. I've tried nearly all the Fitbits I think it's time to try a different make as each one has been disappointing in one way or another
