tech support for chinese bikes
This softback book covers chinese bikes based on japanese hon//suz/yam etc. single and some twin cylinder clones/copies, but does not focus on specific makes ( as there are so many and they use similar engines). Details are good and there is enough technical information to solve virtually all problems. There is even detail for stripping down engines and gearboxes -- if you get thas far. Very useful is a big diagnostic problem section at the back to help you identify why the bike wont run and other problems. Haynes paper quality is rubbish and seems to be a cross between newspaper and toilet paper(i'm serious). This is the same for several Haynes books and has been like this for several years. Suggest you photocopy any pages you need to work on the bike before you get them oily or wet as they are very likely to rip or fall apart. Haynes are not cheap and considering how many they sell and that they are used for workshops -- very surprising they use such poor quality paper as it affects the picture quality as well. Unfortunately you wont find better paper anywhere else as they are all the same.

Good value 'boiler plus' compliant wireless controller.
2 of 2 found this helpful excellent wireless programmable timer. Importantly, it makes a modern boiler 'boiler plus' compliant without having to add any other sensors to the boiler -- so can save money when installing a new system, and you dont have to start drilling holes to fit an external boiler sensor etc. If you can set a digital watch you can set the timer on this one. Instructions are good enough. The boiler plus settings are there if you want them or you can just ignore them. Enjoy a portable controller and you can just override/manual control the timer from the wireless controller 0r most importantly there is a simple manual override boiler on/off switch at the wireless receiver- just in case.
