Old cells, tested low capacity

These cells appear genuine, but the date code says they were manufactured in April 2017 so they are old cells. I had one bad cell out of the lot that had a really high internal resistance (>100mΩ). I tested the capacity of the remaining cells, and they came in low around 2000 mAh instead of their rated 2500 mAh.
