Good Replacement

What can I say. It works as it should. Time will tell if it proves to be reliable. The originals seem to fail after a few years. I checked the quality of the DC output before connecting to the Lacie drive and it was good with no ripple whatsovever. The failed original did output the correct voltage according to a voltmeter but when you looked at it with an oscilloscope it had a bad high frequency ripple which clearly the Lacie drive did not like. Probably failed capacitors which have dried out with age.

Excellent value product

What can I say. It is 3 connectors wired together. All connectors and wiring are good quality. It doubles up as a 30cm extender as well as allowing two items to be connected at same time. Useful addition to diagnostics bag.
