  both masks came broken af it's irrepairable. does not want to refund me. the masks were not even packaged properly and trying to put the blame with usps. If you packaged it properly with also a sign saying fragile handle with care then this would not have happened. also, the masks are missing parts and is not properly made.

  Hello, it looks like we did provide you a partial refund. As explained 3D printing is a long process, your masks were printing for a total of 2.8 days. Which is valuable time for us. It is unfortunate USPS damaged the parcel even with bubble wrap. We are trying to bubble wrap and box every shipment now. Again we normally do not refund items that were damaged by USPS. As explained along with the refund we sent you, you are also entitled to an additional $50 refund from USPS if a case is filed
