    The item arrived & didn’t work . I contacted sell as I ordered this for going into hospital, asked to exchange & was told no because there was no plugs available yet I was able to go on and order another if I was to pay for it , it looked brand new when it arrived . Wasn’t the cheapest buy appeared flimsy . Have request return & will oder elsewhere . That’s poor customer service. Wouldn’t recommend
