About
I am a private seller / buyer. As a bit of a PC / Networking enthusiast Im always upgrading and experimenting with new kit. All items are my own. Im happy to help if required, but I dont offer general technical support or training so be sure that you are familiar and competent to setup any items you buy from me. Some can be quite complex!

The Wi-Fi card also came in a box along with the required usb connector for Bluetooth and antennas. The seller also messaged me to ask what postage I preferred which was really nice.

2862n - I use it as a super reliable home router
As a home broadband consumer, the Draytek 2862 series only has a little noticable advantage over the 2860 series. It's meant to have un uprated processor but in every day home use I don't notice any difference.
I am using the router on the Sky Fibre Max service, and previously on BT Infinity 2. Works perfectly with Sky. Look up Draytek's own guidance on Sky MER and it will give you a step by step walkthrough of how to get it up with Sky.
Build quality and reliability are second to none, and it has some of the best features of any router I have come across although none of them easy to set up. Aimed at business users and networking gurus the interface is quite complicated. You can do pretty much anything you want - but be prepared to spend time trawling the user guide or researching online to find out how to achieve it with this router.
I use the Globalview Web Content Filtering, but again be prepared as its not straight forward to set up and it will cost you in the region of £45 per year. That said - it works well for keeping the kids safe.
A good buy if you can pick one up for a fair price, however don't discount the 2860 range yet. It is still current and has almost the same features and interface as the 2862 range.
