  Assisting friend [just made redundant] setting up a new office on very limited budget, so eBay necessitated bargain hunting equipment... Some good & some bad equipment/sellers encountered.. Asked to wait longer than scheduled delivery date for arrival, then had to open case to get refund, seller took additional time to refund. Seller polite & professional, but additional waiting time between delivery date & then opening case, was not ideal. Don't think fully deserves Negative but cannot Positive
