Great Addition to Your Vitamin Intake
Good Supplement for Your Health. Has co-enzyme q10, resveratrol, and fish oil ingredients. No side effects for me, but I've used coq10, fish oil, and resveratrol (or red wine) before. Other ingredients include B6, B12, and l'carnitine.

Shower Curtain Liner
I did not realize the difference in good liners vs cheap liners. This one will do the job for now, but, compared to the one it replaced which had stainless steel reinforced hook holes. I suspect this one will eventually tear before its time. My other one was of 3 times the thickness of this one, and other than getting spotty-looking, was not torn anywhere, including any of the hook holes. If low price is your main objective, this one will do. How long it will last before tearing from the hooks is TBD.

HAS POTENTIAL
It's a little pricey, but it's easy to use. Time will tell how well it works.
