Seller forgot to add ecp no.to parcels so they were promptly sent back to sender from Argos. Seller tried to blame me in the form if a long, angry, abusive written tirade . When I politely explained to the seller what had happened after a lot of time spent investigating, they offered no apology for their behaviour. With no explanation they also cancelled another item I won a bid on and are selling it again at a higher price.
