Easy to use time and time again. Gives excellent detail reproduction for press moulds and can be used for multi-part moulds with practice. I use mine to cast with a 2 part polyurethane resin and it's ideal for this. Nothing sticks to it so demoulding is straightforward. As it's reusable it's economical as well.
Slow Curing 15 Minute Pot Life Polyurethane Casting Resin Kit 500g 462ml

    Good quality casting solution
Easy to use with good reproduction of detail and no bubble problems when hand pouring. The 2 part system mixes well and gives around 15 minutes pour time depending on the temperature. Although it states you can demould in 1-2 hours I leave it for nearer 4 (at 21C) as it can be quite soft until then and easy to deform. Cures fully in ~12 hours or overnight. It can stick to porus surfaces so I'd recommend covering any work surface with a silicone mat. It's odourless and cures to a bright off white which can make it hard to see detail so the addition of a pigment may be required. The cured resin can be easily sanded, drilled and painted.
