    I immediately communicated with you and was fully transparent about my situation and offered a refund if you weren't willing or able to wait. You said you would wait and that you're ok with that - and I've actually sent 2 messages in the last 2 weeks to say that I'm ready to send them but haven't had a reply! I'm waiting for the go ahead to send as I don't want to risk them dying in the parcel if you're away from home. So I find it rather odd that you gave me neutral feedback.
