Given benefit of doubt and refunded in full immediately. She seemed to think that she could have the refund and keep the item. I had to ask for it back and she denied having received a refund, though I had already had notification of it from ebay the previous day. Item arrived back with cords being cut short - but omitted to mention this in her feedback. Totally unfair.

Quality Toilet brush
Great value compared to other wooden brushes however doesn't lack quality and really gets under the rim etc....10/10
