  The packaging was nice and neat. The item was delivered good. The shipping was nice, initially paid for the shipping but was promised that it’ll be paid for by the seller and got the refund for it. The item is as described, works amazing and is in very good condition. The value was affordable too, was able to get a good deal. The seller was very accommodating and communicative.   So poorly packed that the gravy boat, a large plate and a serving bowl were broken. So sad pieces of history not made anymore were handled so carelessly and now lost forever. The $37 I paid in shipping surely would have covered some bubble wrap for these treasures.
