definitely not aluminum.
fits, works well, but is definitely not made of aluminum. feels more like a plastic that is even softer than the OEM, as i managed to ding it in one spot, quite considerably, by the spring during install.
the silver color is about spot-on, but doesn’t match what i’m going for, so i’ve reinstalled the OEM mag release.

Worth it.
1 of 2 found this helpful The spring in these are a bit stiff, but a bit of use and lube will help.
I got two of these for my G22 for about the price of ONE (including tax). So.. absolutely worth it.

Saved a LOT of money!
I purchased these pads to replace Centric PosiQuiet pads that were, quite literally, down to nothing after 20,000 miles or so of a lot of city driving.
Installation was a breeze, and they fit perfectly (of course). I do wish that this particular package included new shims for the inner pads (the outer pass have new shims pre-installed) and drag four reduction clips instead of two. But of course, if you have the clips from your current setup, you can most certainly reuse them or purchase more!
My Honda dealership wanted $299.95 to resurface the rear rotors and replace the rear pads. No thanks, haha.
The vehicle in question is a 2009 Accord EX-L Sedan 4cyl.
