  An experience I'd rather not have again! Unfriendly,unhelpful, aggressive attitude. A seller who should know the Ebay selling rules and abide by them. Purchased a new pair of shoes, I received a completely different pair of shoes (second hand/damaged). Packaging was a used plastic bag and some duck tape. Full refund after Ebay intervened.   Order placed, I contacted seller because the tracking provided said day after day ‘we’re expecting your package’ but that was it. TBF communication from seller was good and was refunded swiftly for a non delivered item. Just found it quite strange that I offered to send back if the item did arrive to be told, keep them. Anyway never arrived, unsure what has possibly occurred here.
