This necklace is absolutely beautiful and sparkles just as described, however it arrived damaged. I contacted the seller and they immediately responded to me with options to make things right. They offered to send me a replacement necklace without having to return the damaged one. The replacement necklace arrived a few days later as promised. I love this necklace and feel like a princess wearing it! Klassy Gurl (km317) sells wonderful jewelry at reasonable prices. I will shop with them again!
