They cause jams!
2 of 6 found this helpful I have 2 Glock magazines and 2 ETS, all loaded with the same rounds. The ETS mags caused several jams during a 250 round session at the range. The original Glock mags - zero problems. Multiple people experienced the jams, so it wasn't due to limp-wristing or the rounds themselves.
Since we can see the inside of these mags, it's pretty clearly visible that the rounds are not aligning very well. They are canted forward/back, creating gaps between parts of the round. While we can't see inside the Glock magazine, you can just tell they 'sit' better in it. I'm almost tempted to get an x-ray of a Glock mag with rounds in it to be sure.
Lastly, the spring tension on the ETS mags is much higher than the Glock mags and likely contributing to the jamming problem.
I'll be dumping the ETS and sticking with Glock mags. Nice concept, but very weak execution.

If you have a Pioneer deck, you'll want this!
I've been an audio engineer for...a long time and I'm always skeptical of these 'auto-eq' measurement mics, but in this case I'm glad I was wrong. It really did a solid job! I would be hard pressed to say someone could do better without a whole lot of other gear and time. This took, literally, 10 minutes to complete and the difference was both noticeable and impressive.
