  Great item, quickly delivered for our son. Was really pleased to see that it was as on the Open Box unused grade A description, it appeared to have been opened only - cable and computer were still in their wrapping. There was the teeny tiniest mark on the lid- the size of a pin mark, so if that's why it had been returned then lucky us! Not used yet, as this is a present but a great deal for great specs with fast delivery and communication from this company. Very impressed.

  Hi there received the computer today, didn't open it until the day after. It was well packaged no damage in perfect condition. When I opened the box I was amazed at the condition it looks perfect.   The laptop is excellent. Very happy with my choice and with this vendor. Laptop is exactly like described, like new! I'd say it is excellent value for the price compared to other same models on ebay. There are no marks on the laptop; top, bottom, sides or corners. Screen is beautiful. Delivery was great, packing/packaging was great. I cannot find any fault with the entire purchasing experience. I'd recommend this seller!
