Vizio ADTVD3613XA6 Power Supply Repair Kit for E500I-B1

Needs more parts, 2x 1.2ohm smd 1206 resistors

My vizio e500i-b1 tv was having an issue where the tv would not turn back on after being shut off, unless the tv was left unplugged for a couple hours. Looking online I found this repair kit for the tv, and looking online said this should fix my issue. Replaced all the parts in this kit, and the ic9301 part exploded as soon as I plugged the tv in. Inspecting the board I found two smd resistors at R9311 and R9312 had burned out. I ordered a new A6069H IC, which is ic9301, and two 1.2ohm 1206 resistors to replace the blown parts at R9311 and R9312 and the TV works now. Replace these resistors to make sure you don’t have the same problems I did.

It worked, but required machining for the bolt holes to properly align.

All the holes for the bolts were off by about 1/8 to 1/4 inch. This caused the back right bolt hole to not align properly and hit on the engine case, which caused the rest of the bolts not to align properly as well. I used a grinding wheel to remove the material around the bolt hole to shift the piece over. The part now fits and aligns as it should of.
