    Item is a special surprise gift to someone. Thankfully it arrived with no loose discs or damage to the steel book casing. We asked seller to use extra protection in the "note to seller" section, but they didn't. It came in a regular bubble mailer, and for the price and how mail can be treated today, plus seller does not accept returns, we feel that could of been honored. So we got lucky with the mail this time. Thank you for reading this.

    The item arrived quickly and was delivered to my address without any issues, however the item was listed as brand new, not mint condition or damaged. When I opened the package it has visible damage in one side and one corner of the box (the seal tag seems intact). While the fast shipment is appreciated, receiving the item with damage is not, there were no photos of the item to compare it prior to buying it. This isn't a cheap item, it's a collector edition item. See the photos for evidence.
