  Well first thing it was shipped in just rapping and tape okay with out a watch box to protect the watch and the movement and the second hand wasn’t working so l took it to my jeweler and he fixed it for $30 which l shouldn’t had to pay being that it should have shipped correctly in a box but other than that it’s a gorgeous piece but l wouldn’t shop with that vendor again l will deal with another vendor there where a lot of vendors that had modified Seiko watch cases online so he lost my business

  I'm sorry about your experience. The watch was padded very heavily and thoroughly. If there was an issue with the seconds hand, then it's possible that the watch was either not running due to power winding down in transit, or the delivery service may have thrown the package several times in transit. No matter which watch and even if it's in a box, this repeated shock will likely cause the seconds hand to stop, pop out, etc. Please contact me directly for more on how to remedy this. Thank you.
