So disappointed
I received the mirror on or after 4-27-2017 and it was not working by 6-19-2017. This is what I wrote them and they didn't answer my email.
"I received the mirror I ordered. It is my second one in 19 years, the first one having fallen and broken in February of this year. My new Floxite mirror has stopped working. I changed out the bulb but that doesn't seem to be the problem. Is there a warranty? I don't think I've had it 2 months."
It's rather pricey to be so short lived and without any warranty. And I didn't think the quality or the mirror view was anywhere as good as the first one. Obviously they didn't either since there is no warranty. You live and learn.

So far so good. Very quiet and effective.
Incredibly efficient. My husband loves it. I don't know if I would agree with love but it does work very well. The only observation is that it's more of a latte or cream color where I would have preferred white in the bathroom it is in.
