Great deal

GREAT BOOK
I have had a thyroid problem for about 20 years and have struggled with weight problems since then and have tried just about every diet out there. But seems i let it get out of control this year and finally asked my doctor for advice in July and he said SOUTH BEACH DIET is one of the healthiest diets out there so I decided to give SOUTH BEACH DIET SUPERCHARGED a try. And am SO GLAD I DID...i am 5'1 and was upto 167lbs and now am down to 141..i want to go down to 127 and l know i can do it...i get on the treadmill for about 30min a day and have inspired the rest of the women in my dept to do this diet. Everyone is so impressed. Thank God for this book. It has helped me so much. Thanks, Teresita
